It used to be that you shared your adventures with friends by writing them a long letter or telling them the twists and turns that got you into an incredible situation while sipping beers at a party.  Well, you can still do that, I even encourage you to do that.  But if you have no talent for writing or have the inability to verbally explain the awesomeness that was your recent vacation, for goodnes takes - please take a freakin’ video of it and share it.  Videos are the story tellers of this generation.  Videos let all of us experience major historical events, visually stunning scapes and adrenalin rushing extreme sports. Perfect example,  Cesar Schneider shared an incredible video of a base jumping experience here on Photospace(video originated by Rob86879). Would I ever do this - a resounding NO. But I get to watch the experience from the comfort of my own living room thanks to the power of video sharing.

Social networking sites are the buzz words these days.  Ask your friends, tell your family, talk to your colleagues - they will undoubtedly at some point mention a recent twitter alert, who they just caught up with on facebook or their friend’s band you can hear on myspace.  They are everywhere, they are what the kids are doing these days and yet, they are all very different.

Photospace is the next evolution, the merging of photos, videos, music and dialogue for those that want to take it to the next level.  It is already a buzz word —

It’s impossible to describe the sensation of watching a Spike Jonze music video. That tingle you get down your spine when your brain realizes that it is watching choreographed precision light years better than any other video it’s watched before.  He ties beats and sounds with some of the best visually stimulating concepts I’ve seen. In my opinion, his are the hottest videos around - even his outrageous and off-beat stuff like “Weapon of Choice” and “Buddy Holly” have something rare and mystifying.
